Regulations
Vendor booths will be hosted primarily indoors at the Missouri Botanical Garden, 4344 Shaw Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63110. Your organization will be expected to be set up with staff in place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Each vendor space will include one table and two chairs. Event staff will follow up to confirm your registration and tabling location. This is a rain or shine event.
Certificate of Liability Insurance
All vendors will need to request a Certificate of Insurance naming "Missouri Botanical Garden" as an additionally insured entity and referencing the "Green Living Festival" on Saturday, July 11, 2026. Email completed forms to Angelina O'Donnell at aodonnell@mobot.org.
All vendors will need to obtain any required permits or documentation necessary to operate during the Festival from the City of St. Louis.
